As the biggest sporting event after the Olympics, the Asian Games is a prestigious event organized by the Olympic Council of Asia and attended by all Asian countries, with the 18th edition being held in Jakarta - Palembang in 2018.
eSports is a demonstration sport at Asian Games 2018. The competition, co-organized by the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), Asian Electronic Sports Federation (AESF), and the Indonesia Asian Games Organizing Committee (INASGOC).
Worry not! For those of you who have made a purchase but have not got an e-ticket, you can still watch the Asian Games 2018. Here are the procedures:
You will receive your e-ticket no later than one hour after your payment was confirmed.
Asian Games e-voucher is no longer valid. If you have purchased a ticket and received the e-voucher, you will get a new email consisting of a new e-ticket directly from our official email: [email protected] per August 21, 2018.
No need to exchange your e-ticket anymore, it is now valid as your entry access. You just need to print the e-ticket and bring it to the venue.
Match schedules and venue can be changed without prior notice. Kindly monitor the schedule regularly.
You can only buy a maximum of 5 tickets in one transaction.
Provide the identity card that will match with the order data at the time of checking to enter the match area.
For children under 5 years old, they can enter the match area without a ticket, yet they will not get a seat number.
